Meridian: Project Everlast is a horror game; if the store listing carries an age rating, that rating governs who may purchase or play the Game, separate from use of this informational website.

2. The Website & Live Discord Blog

This website provides news, media, dev logs, and links to purchase or wishlist Meridian: Project Everlast. The site incorporates a live blog and announcement stream that synchronizes with designated public channels in our official Discord server (such as #announcements and #dev-updates). Public announcements, release notes, and community updates posted in those channels may be mirrored, cached, and stored in our database for visualization on the website.

We may add, change, or remove features, pages, or content at any time without notice. We do not guarantee the website or live sync services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.

Meridian: Project Everlast, the Meridian franchise, all related logos, artwork, character and entity designs, writing, music, and other creative assets ("Archlight Content") are owned by VexinArcane or used under license, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted (for example, standard fair-use coverage such as reviews, screenshots, and Let's Play videos, which we welcome), you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from Archlight Content without our prior written permission.

Third-party trademarks referenced on this site (such as Steam, Unreal Engine, Discord, or Neon) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

4. Community Conduct & Discord Integration

If you participate in our Discord server or other community channels, you agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other members or team members
• Post illegal content, or content that infringes someone else's intellectual property rights
• Spam, advertise unrelated products or services, or attempt to scam other members
• Impersonate Archlight Studios, our team, or other community members
• Attempt to exploit, flood, or gain unauthorized access to our website APIs, Discord bots, webhooks, or database infrastructure

We reserve the right to moderate, remove content, or restrict access to anyone who violates these Terms or our Discord community guidelines, at our discretion.

5. User-Submitted Content & Public Discord Posts

If you send us feedback, bug reports, suggestions, fan art, or post in designated public Discord channels connected to our website, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, sublicensable license to display, store, and use that content in connection with developing, marketing, displaying, and supporting the Game and website, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
